At Charles Little & Company, we aim to build a team with a strong work ethic that supports each other in maintaining a positive & healthy working environment.
We have full time and part time seasonal work at our flower farm in beautiful Eugene, OR on a variety of different crews.
We begin to interview for our seasonal crew, starting each March each year and will list our needs below as they change.
